Who are we?

The name is familiar for a reason-- SMC (Shirley M. Colina) Real Estate Consultancy established July 18, 2014.
Ms. Shirley Colina is known as one of the TOP Director of Sales in Century Properties Group Inc., as her group was awarded the brand new BMW year 2007, because of the support of the whole team with family who are all working with her in Century Properties.
She entered and start the Real Estate Industry year 1998 with the developer: Empire East Land Holdings.
After sixteen years in the industry she decided to establish her own Real Estate Company. Started with leasing one studio unit in The Gramercy Residences on a daily basis, tenant became friends and friends became family.
Now, after six years in the business we are now handling not only leasing in The Gramercy Residences but selling and leasing properties all over the Philippines not only on residential category but also on commercial, industrial and agricultural properties.
Our company is not only offering services in Real Estate Selling and Leasing but also assisting foreign nationals to retire here in the Philippines.
We are also accepting assistance and consultancy on transfer of title, notarial services, bills payment, online news network and just recently we opened our SMC Collections where in we have our physical store for selling clothing and accessories.
SMC Real Estate Consultancy already have total of 95 Active Leasing on residential and industrial category, thousands of inventory for sale and for lease from in-house, resale and foreclosed properties in all category and we are now on the process with our accreditation with Alveo and SMDC.
We are grateful for our God for blessing us for more than we deserve. Really our God is great and all is possible if we put our trust in Him.

Sales and Marketing with Century City Development Corporation selling The Gramercy Residences as a pre selling project that would be the tallest Residential building in the Philippines.

After a long time in working under a Real Estate Company, Ms. Shirley was motivated to establish her own company.
The birth of SMC (Shirley M. Colina Real Estate Consultancy)
Started with helping her old colleague to lease one studio unit in The Gramercy Residences.
Open their main office before in Crame, San Juan City Metro Manila.
Property management from leasing: daily, monthly and yearly.
Accredited Marketer with PRA- Phil. Retirement Authority.
Started investing in buying and selling properties and continue on leasing and property management.
A total of 21 units personally owned some units for personal use and others are under leasing contract on a yearly basis.
Total managed units-- 60 units
61st floor as satelite office and started notarial services.
Managing more than 120 units on leasing and selling properties within Century City-- Owned & Managed units.
Our main office was moved to:
201 The Gramercy Residences (just in front of PMO Gramercy office)
Started bills payment business and transfer of title assistance.
Q1, SMC Real Estate continued on the sales and leasing production even when pandemic started.
Leased a five year contract for an industrial warehouse located in Paranaque City.
Q2, Due to high cases of covid19 here in Philippines we temporarily closed our office in 201 Gramercy but still continued on our leasing and sales activities thru online marketing and zoom meeting. We are on a work from home set up.
Q3, Even the world is experiencing the pandemic SMC Real Estate Consultancy hit their biggest sales for the record which is a total of Php 31,000,000 Thirty One Million Pesos for a 3 Bedroom loft Unit at The Gramercy Residences located in Makati City.
Q4, Due to government restrictions caused by Covid-19 pandemic production for sales and lease are affected.
Due to covid 19 this year has been difficult for all of us all over the world. We removed our office staff and temporary closed our office.
We continue on closing sales and leasing real estate properties. Sold 2 units in The Gramercy Residences.
1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms from the first quarter of 2021.
Q2 to Q4: Leasing activities in Century City projects.
On the first quarter of 2022 SMC Real Estate Consultancy continue on leasing real estate properties within Century City.
In the beginning of second quarter we continue to do our leasing and sales activities with other projects in cooperation with our managing director, Mrs. De Senna.
